City police have detained five students from different parts of Kerala in connection with an alleged ragging incident involving two students of a private college in Mangaluru. A case was registered at the Mangaluru South police station on Wednesday based on a complaint by Ameer Ali, 19, a native of Chavakkad in Kerala and a student of the college.
